Due to our made-to-order business model, our Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy is designed to maintain fairness while protecting the quality and integrity of our products.

Returns

Return Qualifications
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
- Eligibility Window: Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. No exceptions.
- Condition of Product: Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all included accessories.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
- Return Shipping:Â Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is required due to a verified mistake or oversight on our part.
- Eligibility Window: Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. No exceptions.

Return Process
If your order meets the eligibility requirements outlined above, please follow the steps below to begin the return process:
- Request Authorization: Contact our Customer Care team at contact@amarieluxuryhair.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for your return request.
- Approval & Return Instructions: Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Authorization along with detailed return shipping instructions.
- Ship Within Required Timeframe: Approved returns must be shipped within 3 business days of receiving authorization. Tracking information must also be provided. Returns shipped outside of this timeframe may no longer qualify for processing.
- Secure Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging, including any included materials, and packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
- Tracking & Insurance: We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for all returns. A.Marie Luxury Hair is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit if shipped without tracking or insurance coverage. Please send tracking number once you receive it.

Exchanges
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you would like a different item, texture, or length after placing your order, a new order must be submitted for the correct product.
Exchanges will only be considered in the event that an error was made on our end, such as:
• Receiving the wrong item
• Receiving the wrong length or texture
• Receiving a defective product
If you believe there was an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery at contact@amarieluxuryhair.com with your order number, photos of the item received, and a description of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for resolving the matter.
A.Marie Luxury Hair reserves the right to deny exchange requests that do not meet the requirements outlined above.

Damaged and Defective Items
At A.Marie Luxury Hair, we are committed to providing high-quality products and carefully inspecting each order before shipment. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
To report a damaged or defective item, please email a.marieluxhair@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the item and packaging
- A detailed description of the issue
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, A.Marie Luxury Hair will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Please note:
- Items that have been worn, installed, altered, washed, brushed, combed, colored, cut, or chemically treated are not eligible for replacement or refund.
- Minor variations in color, texture, or lace tint may occur due to lighting, monitor settings, or the natural nature of hair products and are not considered defects.
- Damage caused by improper handling, installation, maintenance, or normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
A.Marie Luxury Hair reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the requirements outlined above.
Restocking Fee

A.Marie Luxury Hair reserves the right to apply a restocking fee to eligible returns that are approved for processing. Restocking fees help cover the costs associated with inspection, handling, packaging, and inventory processing.
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% of the original purchase price, which will be deducted from the final refund amount. The exact fee, if applicable, will be determined based on the condition of the returned item.
Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and included materials intact to qualify for consideration. Products showing signs of wear, installation, alteration, washing, brushing, combing, coloring, cutting, or chemical treatment will not be eligible for refund or restocking consideration.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are also responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by A.Marie Luxury Hair.
