  • Processing & Fulfillment

    All orders require approximately 5–10 business days for processing and fulfillment before shipment. This timeframe allows us to properly prepare, inspect, and package your order with care.


    Business days do not include weekends, holidays, or carrier delays. Processing times may increase during high-volume sales, promotions, holidays, or new product launches.

  • Shipping

    Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Shipping delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout.


    Please ensure that all shipping and billing information is entered correctly at the time of purchase. A.Marie Luxury Hair is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Delays

    While we strive to fulfill and ship orders within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, holidays, or high order volume. A.Marie Luxury Hair is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier.
